Tags help you find photos and videos. Try it by looking for tags of "party" for example. If you want you can help your public photos get found by tagging them with whatever keyword describes the photo. Add quotation marks if you want to add 2 words as one tag: "new year". caPItALs don't matter by the way! :-)
